A quick exercise that you can immediately do is to check ‘what you are doing’ and ‘what you choose to avoid doing’ against your beliefs and feelings. Next check if they are in alignment or misalignment with your beliefs and feelings.
Areas of alignment will obviously sit well with you (and are areas you are happy about) but areas of misalignment will be areas you might want to look deeper into.
And when you are ready, ask yourself 2 simple questions;
– ‘what can I do about it here?’… and
– ‘what would I like to change here?’
Just as your car runs a lot smoother when the wheels are in perfect alignment, the more our lives are aligned with our values, beliefs, feelings… the more fulfilled we will BEcome!
